My name is Lacey, I am a mother of 5 who loves pregnancy, birth, babies, and mamas! I want all mothers and babies to feel loved and cared for and that is the mission of Holistic Heritage! I am certified through Stillbirthday to help mothers have happy births and to help them through loss.

Q: What is a Doula?

A: A doula is a trained companion who is not a health care professional and who supports another individual (the doula's client) through a significant health-related experience, such as childbirth, miscarriage, or stillbirth. A doula may also provide support to the client's partner, family, and friends.
